• Prominent Law Firms: Practiced as a corporate-commercial attorney at some of Israel’s largest and most prestigious firms, including Gross, Kleinhendler, Hodak, Halevy, Greenberg & Co., and Herzog, Fox, Neeman & Co. (where he managed and headed the Anti-Money Laundering practice area).

• Academic Background: Served for several years as a teaching assistant in contract law, property law, and the law of unjust enrichment under Prof. Ofer Grosskopf (currently a Justice of the Supreme Court of Israel).
